What we collect
When you request a sample campaign pack, we collect the email, restaurant name, city, cuisine, campaign goal, website or Instagram, notes, referral source, UTM fields, consent timestamp, and privacy policy version submitted with the form.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate sample requests, prepare or discuss a restaurant campaign pack, improve the product, prevent spam, and understand which acquisition channels are working.
Technical data
We may hash IP address and user-agent information for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not need raw IP addresses for waitlist review.
Service providers
ViralPlate may use infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Neon, Upstash, Resend, analytics providers, and email providers to run the website and process sample requests.
Contact and deletion
To ask for a correction or deletion of your waitlist information, contact the ViralPlate team using the email address shown in the website or reply to any message we send you.
